RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Jarmas guarantee’s that you have ordered a quality product that you will love.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I won’t be satisfied, therefore I will endeavour to help you as much as I can. 

To return an item(s), please complete the Returns & Exchanges form and remember to include the delivery receipt that came with your parcel.  An authorisation number is needed to accept the return (please email me at tan@jarmas.com.au with details of the return, for a number).

Goods must be returned with 14 days of the order date – unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in the fabric bag that garment arrived in.  I will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).  Please note – refunds are not given for garments that are damaged due to care instructions not being followed and there is also no exchange or returns on sale items.

However, if you have chosen the wrong size and would simply like to make an exchange, just email me to check availability of the new size (or any other enquiries about your order) and then return goods as above.  If your required size is still available and in stock, I will happily exchange and you will only be charged the extra postage.

If the package is refused, sent back as ‘return to sender’ or the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, Jarmas will recover this shipping cost prior to refunding.  Or, you pay an additional shipping cost to get it to you.
